With over 25 years in the industry, Colin has a wealth of experience managing Bodies Corporate and Associations and has come across most of the issues one could in property. He enjoys interactions with Owners and bringing sensible solutions to any issues that arise.

Cherie has a BA, along with a graduate Diploma in Business Studies and has a wealth of experience across a number of different industries. A keen interest in construction, along with great administration, problem solving and people skills ensures top quality service to our Body Corporates.

Liz brings with her a wealth of experience with over 10 years in customer service, sales and team management roles overseas and in New Zealand. Liz believes in providing excellent customer service, she has a passion for seeing people succeed in life and being able to enjoy that success with their families.

Rebecca’s background in hospitality management has given her strong communication and leadership skills. Her efficient organizational abilities back up her relationally driven personality enabling her to get the job done while being a pleasure to deal with. Rebecca is a valued member of our Centurion Team.

With a Bachelor of Architectural Studies and a background in maintenance administration and recruitment, Georgina is a valuable asset to our team of Body Corporate Administrators. She works with a high level of detail, meeting deadlines and is a problem solver, while still communicating with a customer service focussed manner.

Taylor has a BCom from University of Otago and recent experience in customer service within the software industry . She has strong skills in client communication and problem-solving. Adaptable and a fast learner, Taylor enjoys helping others and is a valuable addition to our Team.

With a Bachelor of Communication Degree, Jessica has a solid background in administration with a strong focus on client relations. Her keen attention to detail and organised efficiency make her a valuable member of our Body Corporate Management Team, administering insurance claims and preparing legal documentation for disclosure statements.
